As the CHRO of Growth at Providence St. Joseph Health, Jessica spearheads talent strategies that accelerate business objectives, including product commercialization, M&A support, and virtual health expansion. Her previous role as HRBP Director at Nike saw her defining the talent agenda for continuous cultural transformation in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
